Bill’s professional career began while he was still in college. He was hired at the age of 22 to be a plant manager of a manufacturing facility.
He later went on to serve as VP of Sales and Marketing for a food manufacturer where he increased sales 150% (from $13M to $33M) in only four years and revenues were annualized at $60M when he left the firm in 5 years. He did so while reducing sales personnel by 20%.
Bill is the author of the best-seller, Selling: The Mother of all Enterprises. He has also been featured along with noted attorney F. Lee Bailey, in the book, Leadership Strategists.
Bill served as the Chairman of the National Speakers Association’s Sales Professional Emphasis Group and Chairman of the Institute of Management Consultant’s (IMC) Marketing Special Interest Group. He is the only speaker and consultant in history to Chair both groups. He is one of only 16 Certified Management Consultants internationally who speaks and consults with clients in the area of sales management. He has also served as the President of IMC-Arizona Chapter.
Bill has served as faculty at The Graduate School of Banking of the South, College of Estate Planning Attorneys, National Association of Sales Professionals, and has lectured at the American Graduate School of International Management, the #1 rated international graduate school in the U.S.
Bill also served as the Finance Chairman for Newt Gingrich, former Speaker of the House for the U.S. Congress.
