Laura has over 25 years of varied business experience in the areas of strategy development, process and system optimization and solution implementation. She has the uncanny ability to successfully maneuver between the leadership, operational and functional areas within an organization, while speaking the “language” of digital transformation. She has the ability to navigate between the strategic conversations from the boardroom and the technical teams involved in solution implementation.

During her career Laura has prepped clients for IPO preparedness from a technical point of view, including helping clients with IPO Sarbanes Oxley preparedness. She has served as the liaison between clients and their vendors on technology-related projects. She has evaluated ERP systems and served as a project manager during implementation. She has particular skills in information technology, cyber security, protocols and software solutions.

Laura has been a guest lecturer at Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School MBA, Executive MBA and MSIM programs speaking on the topics of Business Transformation, Organizational Change Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Business Process Management, ERP Best Practices and Program Management.
